FDT currently has three grant schemes: the Fintry Grant, the Warm Home Fund and the GDA Grant.
The Fintry Grant is available to all homes in the community. It is a grant of £500 which can be used to directly increase the energy efficiency of a Fintry home. Eligible measures include renewable energies, wood stoves, insulation and much more.

To apply please complete an application form, attach a quote or an invoice for the costs of works and return to the FDT black box in the foyer of the Fintry Sports Club.
Warm Home Fund
The Warm Home Fund is a direct extension of the Fintry Grant. It is a grant of £1000 only available to homes which are fuel poor – spending more than 10% of their annual household income on energy. Grants must be spent on measures which will directly increase the energy efficiency of the home.
To apply please complete a Warm Home Fund application attach a quote or an invoice for the cost of works, proof of household annual income and your energy bills. All applications should be returned to the FDT black box at the Fintry Sports Club. Assistance to calculate eligibility is available.
