Fintry Development Trust is looking for Fintry residents who would like to know more about alternative heating for their home.

As a result of the recent recuitment drive, Fintry Development Trust is pleased to introduce two new employees.

Our annual event, FRESh will be on Friday 4th and Saturday 5th June this year.

FDT is looking to recruit two people for 12 month contracts.

A report on the meeting that took place on the 6 March in the Menzies Hall on changes to the way the pilot FRESCo project is going to be run.

In total, early 200 people turned out to hear about the FRESCo pilot project on Saturday 23rd and Wednesday 27th of January.

The trust is preparing a Pilot Study to install several different types of renewable heating/energy systems in houses within the village.

Public meetings have been set to explain the project on Saturday 23rd January and Wednesday 27th January.

The results of the survey carried out with all households are now in. Just over 300 questionnairs were sent out and so far 85 have been returned.

Fintry Development Trust was awarded funding to investigate the feasibility of a village energy supply company.
